“There is a perception out there that the college campus is an oppressive place for people with pro life views. In some cases that is true, but from my personal experience, as a student in the college of arts, as a musician, a writer and as someone who is involved in drama circles, I’ve never lost friends over my pro-life views. I have had many fruitful and healthy conversations with my peers on the topic of abortion, and ultimately I think these are conversations that we have to have. I would encourage any pro-life young person out there who might be nervous of getting involved in the movement on campus, to reach out to Students for Life Ireland through Facebook message, or to come to one of our events”
